What’s included in each pass?
Basic: 4-day entry, job fair & company booths, general networking. Professional: everything in Basic plus masterclasses, career workshops, mock interviews (recorded & shareable), certificate. VIP: everything in Professional plus 1:1 counselling, VIP networking dinner, and priority for on-the-spot interviews.
Can I upgrade or transfer my ticket?
Upgrades are allowed until 20 October 2025 (paying the price difference). Tickets are transferable to another attendee until 20 October 2025. For changes, use your ticket dashboard or contact support.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else until 20 October 2025.
Will sessions and interviews be recorded?
Keynotes and panels are recorded for Professional and VIP access. Mock interviews are recorded and shared with 250+ hiring partners only with your explicit consent.
Do you provide visa invitation letters?
Yes. After confirmed (paid) registration, FindMyTuition can issue a standard invitation letter for visa purposes upon request. This is not a guarantee of visa approval. Please allow 5–7 business days.
Where is the venue and when?
27–30 October 2025 at the University of London, UK. Full building details, entry instructions, and registration desk info will be emailed with your ticket and updated on this page.
Who can attend and what should I bring?
Students, recent graduates, and professionals from the UK, Europe, and beyond are welcome. Bring a photo ID for entry, a printed CV (3–5 copies), and a digital portfolio/GitHub if applicable. Dress code: business casual or interview-ready.
How can companies book a stand?
Exhibitors and universities can reserve space via the Book a Stand section. Packages include booth space, branding, and access to the VIP networking dinner.
